Michelle Miles - President

Michelle Miles - President

With 21 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Michelle has devoted her career to providing exceptional care in insurance pre-certification, home health, and long-term care. She also holds a diploma in Medical Administrative Management, which she earned from Spencerian College, now known as Sullivan University.

Born and raised in Louisville, KY, Michelle has been happily married for 25 years, balancing home life with a vibrant professional journey. A serial entrepreneur since 2017, she has successfully launched and managed several businesses.

Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys baking and is a fervent advocate for supporting small businesses. Michelle is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for caregivers and entrepreneurs alike, making a positive impact in and outside of her community.

Milann Miles - Vice President

Milann Miles - Vice President

Milann Miles has worked as a Visual Media Strategist for over seven years. After graduating from Belmont University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, he resided in Nashville, TN before returning to his hometown of Louisville, KY. As multimedia specialist with expertise in photography, audio and video editing, as well as graphic design, he launched his business, Echilann Images, in 2017.

Along with his passion in his love for God, his wife Michelle, and family, he's also ardent about helping impoverished people and animals. Milann's work has given him a firsthand look at diverse socioeconomic circumstances, inspiring his community initiative, Lens-A-Hand. Alongside his business ventures, he aims to grow this initiative to make a significant impact in the fight against homelessness for people and stray animals in and around his city.

Michelle Skinner - Treasurer

Michelle Skinner - Treasurer

Michelle is the Family Resource Center Coordinator at Rangeland Elementary School within Jefferson County Public Schools in Louisville, Kentucky. 

Born in Louisville, she graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science in Justice Administration and a minor in Pan African Studies. Michelle also earned a Master of Science in Social Work.


With 28 years of experience working in the Kentucky Department of Corrections, Juvenile Justice, and the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, her expertise lies in family engagement, community collaboration, and resources. Michelle plans to stay in the field of social work and offer consulting and case management services upon retiring in 2027.

Dana McDuffie - Secretary

Dana McDuffie - Secretary

Dana McDuffie is a Master's Degree prepared Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and insurance industries. Dana's career has been marked by her dedication to patient education and assisting patients with navigating the complex healthcare and insurance systems.  Most recently, she served as a Patient Navigator at Kite Pharma, where she acted as a compass while guiding patients and caregivers through the intricate journey of CAR-T therapy.

Outsideof work, Dana enjoys time with her family, including her two adult children, Dominique and Kaelyn, and her grandchild Genesis.  She finds joy in entertaining loved ones, pursuing crafting projects and indulging in baking.  

Tiffany Smith - Director

Tiffany Smith - Director

Tiffany is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, working in various capacities advocating for patients. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. Tiffany has experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Emergency Medicine and Addiction Medicine, diagnosing and treating patients with acute and chronic diseases. Her role is multifaceted, including educating, advocating, and providing comprehensive care to complex patients. Tiffany is passionate about delivering holistic, tailored care to meet the needs of individual patients, helping them live their most optimal lives.
